  3. To uninstall IBM Universal Management Services:

  5. 1. Click Start. 
  6. 2. Click Settings. 
  7. 3. Click Control Panel. 
  8. 4. Double-click Add/Remove Programs. 
  9. 5. Select IBM Netfinity Director.
  10. 6. Click Change/Remove.  
  11. 7. Click Yes to uninstall.
  12. 8. When the uninstall process has completed, click Yes to restart.
